Structure types of shafted screw conveyors:

(1) The spiral gear of the transporter has three types: solid line spiral surface type, continuous spiral surface type and foliated spiral surface type. Solid line spiral surface is called s production method, its spiral type knot diameter GX type is 0.8 times the diameter of the leaf surface, LS type screw conveyor is suitable for transporting powder and granular raw materials. Continuous spiral surface is also called D production method, its spiral type pitch diameter is the same as the spiral gear diameter, suitable for transporting powder and a small piece of raw materials. Leaf type spiral surface is used less, suitable for transporting relatively large viscosity and fluid density raw materials, in the transmission link, with the same time for mixing, blending and other processes, its spiral type pitch diameter is about 1.2 times the diameter of the spiral gear.
